- Create School Grades for each created division from School > Grades.
- Create Classrooms for each created school grade from School > Classrooms.
- Set Academic Year from Settings > System Settings > Academic Year.
- Create School Quarters or Terms from School > Academic Year.
- Create Teachers Accounts from Users > Teachers.
- Create Grading Categories from Grading > Grading Values.
- Review Grading Settings from Grading > Grading Settings.
- Create School subjects for each grade from Grading > Subjects, you can use the mass tools for bulk creation and copying.
- Create a Teacher Group (Course) from Grading > Teachers Groups.
- Assign Teachers with Head of Department privileges from Users > Teachers > Head Of Department.
- Assign Homeroom teachers from School > Classrooms > Edit > Homeroom Teachers.

- Review SMS, Private Messages & Email Templates from Settings.
- Enforce Two Factor Authentication to all SCL Admin & Teachers from Settings > System Settings > Security > Enforce Two-Factor Authentication.

- Response Management.
- Review Activities from Grading > Activities.

- Manage Events Types & Create new Events from School > Calendar.
- Review Applicant Status from Admission > Applicants Status.

- Add Student's Pictures, Upload Student's Documents from Students.
- Review Applicant Form & Printable Applicant Form.
- Review Reportcard Template.
